DS-STAR AI cataloging

The DS-STAR system for autonomous data extraction and cataloging using 12 agents is a key requirement but currently not fully implemented or met. The Backend integrates with the DS-STAR AI system for autonomous extraction, Text-to-SQL, and RAG.
